This is my 6th reminder for refund. I had applied for irctc in the
Name of mars computer zone (Rt170011) and paid rs 2800 for annual
Maintenance and registration charges in december 2014.
Even after 8 months there is no progress and i do not wish to
Pay your digital certificate charges which was not informed earlier
While applying. Whatever amount you told us that time we paid then you
Can not ask any extra amount after that. If you have informed us about
This earlier we might not have applied for the same. It was your mistake
That you have not mentioned full detail.
I request you to cancel my irctc application and refund my money at the earliest. If i do not receive refund in 7 days i will file a case in consumer court.
