My friends had very bad experiences with him. Developed e a layout with 40 ft road, sold directly and through gpa. Now he finds the road blocked and the sites being resold. Beware in dealing with him.in 5 years he will take your site back at one pretext or the other. He sells sites which have cases running in courts.
