Sv Home Appliances Service Centre — repair staff not provide bill

I have requested for washing machine and microwave oven repair
Washing machine repair guy came and replaced spin motor. Then he looked at oven although it was allotted to some body else. He said to replace diode. So he took money to buy diode along with cost for washing machine repair. Later someone else came to repair oven. I called madhu and he said i can go ahead with that guy and madhu will come tomorrow to settle the bill. But madhu did not come back even after calling multiple times. Not even provided bill for the work.
Complained to sv appliances repair centre but no use. Need bill and settlement for washing machine repair
