Friday, Oct 7th - Bangalore to Hyderabad bus - SVR Tours and Travels Apple I Bus -

My pick up point was Bellandur at 10.10pm. The bus operator called me at 10.15pm saying the bus will be at Hebbal and he is sending a tempo traveller to the pick up point. The tempo traveller came to the pick up point at 10.45pm.
There was no place in the tempo traveller. It was a 12 seater and we were 15 to 16 people in the bus. 3 o[censored]s were standing due to lack of sitting place.
We reached Hebbal at 11.30pm. We then got a SMS informing us about the bus cancellation. We called the operator. He did not pick up the call.
The operator sent a SMS to the driver of tempo traveller asking him to drop us back to our respective pick up points.
We then went to office of SVR travels at Marathahalli. It was closed and I was dropped back at Bellandur at 12am with no concern for my safety.
This is very unethical and irresponsible of SVR considering the safety of a single lady in Bangalore. They did not make any alternate travel arrangements which is the responsibility of SVR.
I had to cancel my plans and also the return ticket amounting to Rs.1400 and incurred taxi charges to and from the pick up point to my home.
