SVR Wines — Charging above MRP though the outlest states @ MRP, refusal to provide bill, swiping machine used misregistered

This shop, situated at the starting of Hormavu road, next to More Supermarket and Opp. to Tamarind restaurant is supposed to be an MRP outlet. However charges more than the MRP on item. Surprisingly, our lazy excise officials are yet to catch up with this culprit since he uses a swiping machine which is registered in the name of M/S Wine Kuteer located in Ganganagar, when questioned the shop keeper says government officials don't take the trouble to check all of these, they are happy as long as their commission reaches them ? Have stated all facts above, it is now left up to the concerned department to take necessary legal actions against such miscreants who operate without the fear of law ! I don't exactly recollect the name of the store, its either SVS or SVR.
