[Resolved]  Swaadh Designer studio — Big loot - Charging customers even for talking to them

My mom and sister went for the first time to "Swaadh Designer Studio" to enquire about the designs and make a purchase hoping that they have very good design collections as they cater to TV anchors. They charged Rs.500/- per hour just for talking to them & enquiring about the designs in their shop (forget about the design cost that goes Northwards), which is ridiculous and a big loot. It is of no value to the customer. Should the customers keep mum when they shop and just choose the clothes & bill them ?? If this is the case, then they should have clearly mentioned that some kind of consulting fee will be charged to you. But didn't. How greedy they are... There are several textile giants in T Nagar, Purasawalkam etc., Imagine if each of them charge customers just for visiting, spending time in the shop how much they will earn. "A Consumer should always get value for the money spent."
