Swank Fashion — Sent the wrong product, took the money and not responding

I placed an order with Swank Fashion of a red suit worth Rs. 1050. The order was confirmed. I received a call to confirm my order as well. I confirmed it and also asked them the process to return if the product is not up to the mark. The lady said that the product can be returned within 7 days of delivery. And the product that arrived was a basic green cloth. I dropped mails to return the product. No response from them.

Please file a complaint against them as they seem to be avoiding the issue and this seems to be a fraud.
