Swanky Store — Amount paid but no updates about order confirmation or delivery

ORDER #16950 was purchased online on 29th October from Swanky store. Paid 299 rupees for the 3d moving sand art hour glass item, but not received the item yet. Resolve my issue or refund my money back.
The order has still not arrived. To add to the woes, the store wouldn't revert to any of my emails. It's a fraud store and don't buy items from this website..
