Swaraj Builders - Swaraj Lagoona Project — non receipt of advance money paid

We have booked the flat in 2013 and cancelled the same as that they have not received the plan approval completely and no nationalised bank is providing loan. We emailed them the cancellation on [protected]@swaraj.co.in as per mr. Anmol. To my surprise they are not even attending the calls. We tried calling their office but the receptionist is so pathetic that he is not ready to transfer the call to the concerned sales representative mr. Amol. We also visited their office but mr. Amol just kept delaying the payment. We want our money back as we really need it, we are salaried person so we want back our hard earned money. Please help us. Belinda
