Harassment & fraud from abhishek kumar (Abhishek chaudhary), varsha chauhan (Versha chauhan, vikram kumar & amresh anupam from sweet dream holiday india tour & travel, ghaziabad.
Abhishek chaudhary (As per bank account abhishek kumar) & team has cheated us while booking our travel trip with him, his entire team is liar and they are still working but blocked our phone numbers, they are fraud and intentionally harass people, abhishek & his entire team are cold blooded cheaters and should be punished as per india law, so that they can stop such activities with innocent people. They are playing with people’s trust and emotions. We have already done police complaints and also sent notice through our advocate.
Abhishek & varsha have shared each and every information on mail as well as on whats up chat, his company registration number (Delhi tourism under reg/1353/102/dtk affiliated by:task, adtoi - provided on mail).
We have booked out trip to shimla-manali-dharamshal, delhousie & amritsar with our family from 01.11.2017 to 09.11.2017 (Total 8 members along with 2 kids), we have floated our requirement online and got some agent details from hellotravel team, we have finalized our trip with sweet dream holiday india, 584 hindon airforce mohan sahibabad, ghaziabad (Uttar pradesh), pin code - 201005, name of the agent abhishek chaudhary (Md) (+91 [protected]), ms. Varsha chauhan (Tl online enq) (+91 [protected]), mr. Amresh, anupam (Bm) (+91 [protected]) & mr. Vikram kumar (Account dept) (+91 [protected]).
Abhishek has shared oyo link for direct payment for one of the hotel and for other hotels booking he has asked to pay in his account so that he can book with agent login and after discussion with him he built trust level and then i have transferred partial amount to his account but he has not paid to any other hotels as well as tempo traveller and also switched off all his phones during our entire trip.
Because of abhishek kumar, varsha chauhan & team, my family members are suffered a lot and mentally harass throughout the trip and we have paid money for 3 and 4 star but we were in situation that we have stayed in guest house or dharamsala where basic facilities were also not sufficient, need help to catch him and do punishment as per law, so that same thing cannot be repeat with other traveller.
Booking.com, oyo rooms, just dial & hellotravel have to block such agents and also need to help traveller in such situation, also they have to do background checking of all the agents so that such frauds can be stopped.
