On 10th July 2022, I placed an order at swiggy instamart. Two items were not delivered, so I raised a complaint at Swiggy help center and even emailed them at [protected]@swiggy.com, but they did not respond. I'm only receiving emails saying We were unable to validate your concern. Hence, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.
