Swipe Elite — Phone yet not repaired, not providing replacement too. Phone is still in warranty

I purchased a mobile phone in month of September 2016.
and phone was in warranty period.
i submitted it to service center on 12 October 2016, it tooks 1 month still didnt repair.
whenever i talk just they replied status is pending for material despatch.
They suggest me to wait 7 to 8 days, after 7 to 8 day there is no progress.
still same.
i am frustrated by this type of service...

Updated by Pritimahi I have bought swipe elite plus, before completion of 1 month phone reached to service center. Now it's more than a month, yet phone is not repaired. What to do?? Swipe company 's customer services is not at all good. Kindly pay attention towards it.

I was purchased mobile last year and in warranty period i am facing problem with battary. Also i was ordered battary from service center in last month. But no rply from service center they replyed battary not avalable in company... how is this possible if company sell mobile it need to be availabe the accessories..
