Swipe Elite — Poor camera and battery draining very fast

I have purchased Swipe Elite mobile online via Snapdeal one month ago. But the camera quality is very poor and Battery is draining very fast as I have to charge 3-4 times a day. Please help me resolve this problem.

Myself bought the swipe elite plus few month back... While using usually heat up and even battery drain very fast.
Any preventive measure from the manufacture plz comment
