I purchased a mobile phone in month of november 2015.
and phone was in waranty periad.
LCD became white suddenly .
i submitted it to service center i tooks 1 month still didnt repair.
whenever i talk just they replied status is pending for material despatch.
They suggest me to wait 7 to 8 days, after 7 to 8 day there is no progress.
still same
there is not any complain escalation matrix.
