Swipe elite — i purchased swipe elite on 23rd nov 2016 and was very happy to see the price as well as with the first look of mobile but after 4 months o[censored]sing getting frequent problems while using and contacting customer care for solution is biggest problem.
Issue 1
It was because of my mistake that it got fall down from 4th floor so i paid the money for changing touch folder and paid 3000 rs but didn't get the white color folder even after waiting for almost 1 month
Issue 2
One day suddenly my phone display goes and when i visited customer care they mentioned that battery is not working because of some issue in connect small card and it require to pay 1000 rs to replace with new battery and as it's not available today so you need to come after 15 days Was this information helpful? |
