Swiss Air — terrible service after cancelling my flight by swiss air

Dear Sirs I was booked on Swiss Air tkt #[protected] Departing from DUS Feb 8th 2015 to Cairo .. Return Feb 13th. Feb 11th, I received sms from Swiss Air stating that my Flight LX3022 ZUR to DUS is cancelled and that I am booked on TK 693 departing 3:55AM Feb 14th then TK1523 to DUS. Due to safety reasons, I couldnt approve such early flight so I contacted Swiss Air in Cairo (Lufthansa Star Alliance) to reschedule to later flight or pass me the hotel voucher next to airport which was promised in the same sms. The voucher was not found by the call center so they booked me on MS 787 (LH 7177- Departing 10:10am Feb 14th) to Munich then LH 2102 to DUS. Feb 14th, I arrived airport 7:30am to go into loop of not finding my ticket online and waiting till Lufthansa office opens at 9am who tried to absorb the case but still couldnt solve my check in. Only at 9:50 I was given in hurry a boarding card till Munich only while I have no idea about destiny of my luggage nor my boarding card to DUS. "Just get into this plane before it takes off" was my sole advice as if am piece of luggage!! Situation was very stressful and humiliating especially that I had to meet my twins (11yrs) coming fm Dubai unaccompanied and I had no chance to miss my arrival on time to DUS. Check in team were messy (both Egypt air and Lufthansa) and claiming all time that this is not their mistake its Swiss air or Star Alliance online network etc ... while the client is stressed and begging each party for more than 2 hours to check me in!! I am booked again to Swiss Air next Saturday Feb 22nd DUS - Cai and doing my best to cancel or change to another airline. Star Alliance is nothing but mess and Swiss Air service sucks. Rgds
