Ref. service request [protected] that is 3 months old is of my AC installation. The AC is not functioning due to wrong connections by Voltas installation person Mr. Guddu - [protected] & he told that he will get back in half an hour with an tool but not picking calls. Whole summer passed & we are fed-up chasing voltas. Requests have been generated online & lot of follow-ups have been done. The way of talk of voltas person is really very poor.
Can you please look in this concern & get the AC issue resolved.
