Hello, i am capt.Gourav goel, a serving defence personnel and been your privileged customer at the chinchwad branch, pune.
On 1/09/15, i purchased some house hold items which also included symphony bowls.It was under the offer buy 1 get 1.
Inspite of me telling at the billing counter the man had billed it twice which i checked after i reached home.
This kind of negligence and unprofessional ism is not acceptable by such a reputed firm.
