Symphony Limited Drain Plug — Drain Plug

Team Symphony,

I bought a room cooler Ice Cube27 this year in March 2021. As suggested by the service team I have to drain the water once in a week and clean the tank with flushing water.

But in just 4-5 times o[censored]ses, the sky blue color rubber drain plug is stat damaging.

Kindly let me know a solution. Don't expect I pay 500 Rs for visit to cure 10Rs drainage rubber plug.

Let me know if you can shipped me a 10-12 prices as I believe these such low quality rubber drain plug prone to damage quickly in. Just few uses.
