Symphony Limited — Product not delivered yet even after paying full amount

I have book symphony cooler 3d 20 lit on 7 th apr today 12 apr still product not delivered.

Ii feer that company will cheat me as no phone call or intimation on this. I even can't call customer care. If you call customer care no option for delivery problem.
