Symphony Limited — Product not working after delivery

Address: 3rd floor, 20, 1st Cross Road, BDS Layout, Dr.Shivaram Karanth Nagar, Jakkuru, 560077, Bengaluru

I received symphony air cooler touch 35 through reliance digital. The product did not work after i unpacked it. Placed complaint but no action has been taken either by symphony or reliance digital. My 10k is stuck and i deprived of the service that was promised to me. This is mental torture.
