I purchased this cooler on 28th of april 2019 from amazon.com and i want to tell you that initially i was very happy with this cooler and it worked fine for almost a month then suddenly burning smell started coming from this cooler and i got scared and i switched off the cooler then again i tried switching it on and some scary noise came out of this cooler and it stopped working completely.
I realised that this piece of cooler was defective since it stopped working after a month. I tried calling customer care but none of their numbers were active then somehow i found customer care number on which one of their executive picked the call i told them everything that happened with this cooler there is today complaint against the same.
Below i am mentioning the complaint number they promised me that repair engineer will visit me within 24 hours to 48 hours but none of them came neither i received any call back from them also show the message i received after registering the complaint it says i need to pay 400 rupees of repair charges when it is just exactly 3 months i purchase this cooler and still 9 months of warranty is remaining.
I went helpless and and this was the the only portal where i could register my complaint. I want to bring into highlight it to customers and to the company symphony is selling defective coolers other than it to improve their customer service or they need to shut their brand off.
