Hi sir,

I just purchase symphony cooler from croma 1 month before 14th april and now pump and fan not working so i raise complain to them on 10th may so after that they visite my home after 4 day on 23rd may after 10-15 followup by customer care and told that they don’t have part right now to replace so they will come back on next day. Now again 2-3 days and noone call or visited.in between i call croma and symphony customer care many times but nothing happened. I want to raise complain as in bangalore we have hot days and my kids down with fever cause of that and also i have wasted my lot of time.

Updated by sunilagrawal2 Yesterday evening i have received a call from one technician and he told he will come Monday to check . But why Monday? I request please take my cooler back I don’t want to deal any more with Symphony. It is already 1 week for struggling.
