I received faulty air cooler by pravin electronics on 26/03/2019 & when informed the owner the shop they told me to raise a complaint with syphony and they have refused to exchange it.
Cntrol panel of air cooler syphony diet 12i is making huge noise, blades make noise in between after 10-15 mins, water dropping out, remote is not working.
