Syndicate Bank — interest subsidy on education loan

Dear sir,
I am posting doing 3rd time complaint at Ur side.but till now every time problem closed with out resolve.
Dear sir,
My education loan interest subsidy is credit in my account as per RBI or HRD guide line.there are 100%intrest subsidy provesion.
But I have many time complaint at local level at branch manager but he is not responding .
So kindly do need full and short out this problem.
