Syndicate Bank — refund for trans.

I made a transaction of rps 3500 on[protected] via imps and status was failure. But the amount has been debited and not yet credited back to my account till now. I called the bank officials but they are also not able to give me a satisfied answer for this. The bank is syndicate bank, alakode, kannur, kerala.
Help me if possible

My account is debited with Rs 2900/- But I didn't get any money for respective ATM.Kindly Reverse the amount at the earliest.
