Syndicate Bank — syndicate mobile banking app not working

The syndicate app is not working since the last update. Am highly disappointed by the reviews on the app itself but what’s shocking is the management is not doing anything regarding the issue. Everyone is unable to login due to some technical error or it keeps asking us toh change our mpin. But nothing happens. I request you people to pay some attention else u ll loose your customers.

One month before I sumit a application for address changes but still they didn't send a verification later...I again submit application but again they didn't respons it's very unprofessional work.
