My power bank was purchased from Flipkart and received the product on 16th of Aug 2020 and on same date I received the email for my warranty which says warranty starts from 16th of August 2020 and still i can view that 4 days still remaining for warranty to get expired.
I sent the email on 5th of feb raising the issue of my power bank not charging but they registered my complaint on 10th feb . When i got a call they asked me to send all the details regarding invoice, product pictures and when sent they informed me that my warranty has been expired. when asked the reason they are considering the warranty from the order date i purchased the product from Flipkart but not considering the email which they sent me for warranty period. I cannot understand this because how in the world can warranty start on my purchase date? if so why did they even share me a PDF of warranty that was starting on 16th of august. When i made them understand nobody is taking it seriously and all the employees who had a word with me says the same thing. I need a solution for my problem. If the company is claiming to consider the order date as warranty then they should not send any emails regarding the warranty and need to mention same thing on flipkart.
I need a replacement for my not working product. Lost a faith in this brand. pathetic customer service.
