Dear Team,
sorry to write that i had taken a good vehicle without knowing a poor service that had been offered for my vehicle the same had been affected by flood @ chennai and the vehicle had been given for service on 19th dec 2015 at mpl automobiles gerugambakkam repair order no RO16L002862 and after few months the team realised short of funds and however the team mahindra had noticed the sad situation of mpl and organized sks Automobiles salem to take over the vehicles
my vehicle Tn 09 7076 Mahindra Bolero had been taken on 20th Feb 2016 RO16a021072 total of more than 2 months over and i still find the struggle in getting my vehicle, though i got complete support from Mpl Gerugambakkam and sks automobiles team
The issue of spares still exists iam surprised to see a service camp happening @ mpl gerugambakkam chennai for other vehicles where the old vehicles are left behind in a very poor shape
The symptom shows the poor management of mahindra at there service quality i as an individual had bought this vehicle at the brand name of mahindra but understood the pathetic status of service
Pls consider this issue in place of a customer understand the same scenario as it happened for you and has only one vehicle and that too in a very poor shape like this pls involve in this issue and support a customer
hope mahindra stands for un compramising quality.
want to repeate i got an appreciatable support from mpl team and sks automobiles but at a poor financial and unsupportable parts management
