T-Kameez — I did not get refund

I ordered 3 tshirt for 598 on 1 st of April showing expected delivery in 5-7 days but when I tracked my order it was not at all packed till 7th of April so I cancelled my order due to late shipping.i did not get any message or email confirmation about how my money would be refunded.
