This is regarding complaint against mr. Deepak who had visited at my residence to take photographs of my car for car insurance renewal. My car registration number is "dl-5cd-0338". He has declared my car not fit for renewal because according to him the car got too many scratches in the car and damage car bumper.
He must be an experience person, i think. But how come he declared a fit car as a damaged car. There are scratches in my car, which you find in almost every car even a new car. There are no damaged bumpers. They are absolutely fine. For your information photographs of the same car is attached herewith.
How can he delivers a false report to maruti. And because of him customer suffers.
I bought the car from t. R. Sahney motors, badli. The insurance of my car is from their itself since beginning.
I would request you to please see into this matter and revert back.
