I order smartphone in tapgig.in and not get any updates on my payment or delivery, when i raise complaint in payumoney, they says ask merchant,
How payumoney give secure payment gateway for this merchant,
Merchant says you will get delivery details in 48 hours but no updates and i send several mails to their mail id,
No response
Kindly arrange for my money
