TAC Logistics — Not delivering the product on time even after several requests

I ordered a LG TV at Reliance digital at Nashik city center mall from nashik on 21.10.2022.
Reliance digital promised for delivering the product within 8-10 days through TAC Logistics courier company. Now its already been 12 days but the product is still not delivered to me. TAC logistics is the worst courier company on the world i wanted to file a complaint against TAC logistics and Reliance digital for playing with my sentiments and failed to deliver the product on time.
Today on 2.11.2022 received a call from TAC logistics courier person asking regarding delivery of the product Informed him that due to sudden demise of one of my family member I have urgently move out of station and we have a train ticket for tommrow on 3.11.2022 so we will be available at home for next 15days to receive the product hence requested with courier person to deliver the product the product today itself at any cost. But courier person kept on bluffing me whole day saying he is coming he is coming but he didn't come and we waited for him for the whole day. This is literally a harassment from courier person. Even after knowing my situation and even after my repeated requests he didn't deliver the product even after promising and later in evening after 8 pm he started cutting my phone calls also. This is really inhuman and clear case of harrassment. And if he comes to deliver the product from 3.11.2022 or later i wont be available at home for next 15 days and that time these courier people will say we attempted the delivery but customer was not available at home. Please note this kind of statement from courier company will not be right as this mistake is from courier company and not from me as I already informed the situation well in advance.Please register a complaint against TAC logistics if required I can provide call recordings as a proof about the this courier person promising to deliver the product today itself but later he stopped responding. This person is the worst . He frustrated me too much. Please resolve my case and want appropriate action to be taken against him. For playing with sentiments of the customer.
