Very unprofessional and poor service

I ordered a flower bouquet for my wife on my birthday. The bouquet delivered at her place was no where close to what they had shown on their website and around fifty percent of the roses were stale and rotten. They are truly unprofessional and should be banned from advertising so highly about themselves and deceiving the customers....

Sir, My complaint has not yet been resolved. I repeat the complaint: On April 4, 2015, I ordered a cake with Taj Florist; the same to be delivered to Mr.Binoy Cyriac at IIT, Guwahati, Assam The item was not delivered although an amount of Rs.1075 was debited from my account with SBI. boquet &cake by online booking

Boquet and cake were to be delivered to vimanagar pune before 12 pm today but it was delivered after 12.30. I had told the brithday person has to go out of station. I had been following up on mobile no [protected] from 10 pm. nobody responded till 11.30 am. This is riduculous. Please change the name. Service is very poor...

Not Delivering as per commitment and Never respond to calls

My Order No : TFA[protected] I ordered Flowers from taj florist. They didnt deliver the flowers on time neither pick my calls. Since there is no other contact number, I was left blank on contacting these peoples. This kind of Online websites, who does not provide proper support by not fulfilling the commitment and also not approachable should be banned to sell products online....

Hi, I had placed the order to deliver a bouquet and a chocolate cake to Chennai. I must say the payment proceedings were in no time. But the Delivering of flowers were not presentable at all. 1.You will not believe that the flowers were wrapped in an old newspaper instead of a colourful decoration paper, 2. And the cake was worst. No delivery even after payment

I ordered flowers and cakes to be delivered to Dahej(Gujarat) on 13 feb 2014. They called me and told that they cannot deliver it to Dahej because they have to complete the order for Vadodara. If they cant deliver to some particular place why dont they disable the option to select those cities? Why to spoil the whole plan at the last moment. They were telling that they are ready to deliver it on 15th.. huh..valentine cake and flowers after...

Taj florist is fake

I ordered a bouquet for Rs 795 (and Rs 100 for delivery charge) from this site http://www.tajflorist.com/. Till now the bouquet not delivered. I specified to deliver the bouquet at 7:30 am in the morning. Its almost 5 pm. The contact number is switched off. There are no replies for the mails sent to the mail id mentioned in the site. We should definitely take this to consumer court....

No delivery of Valentine Gift of Rs 1475

So far my worst experience of having ordered flowers from your site for my fisrt valentine after my marriage. The site is: http://www.tajflorist.com/ There is no facilty to call you people, either the phone is switched off/unreachable/ or the concerned person doesnt pick up. There is no intimated time given on status. Do you guys think we are fools to sit at home the entire day on such an occasion to wait when you will deliver us the flowers...

Product Not Delivered

I ordered flowers (Order number: TF[protected]. The dilvery didn't happen. Nobody is picking up the phone also. Something serious should be done about this fake company. They don't have an address also.

Bad service. No on time delivery

Hi,

Taj Florist people were unable to perform the delivery appropriately.

1. The item was not delivered on time.
2. The person supposed to receive it had to wait for it for a lot of time

The very purpose of getting the service done is, to delivery on time. When the purpose is not met, there is no point in providing the service at all.

I ordered a Orchid Bucket to be delivered in Jodhpur, order no:TF[protected]

I called up on [protected](no given on the site: www.tajflorist.com) and confirmed with them if this order could be done, a lady from there confirmed this.

Taj Florist is a fake site

Hi Sir/Madam,
There seems to be fake site with the name of Taj Florist (http://www.tajflorist.com/) . They take the money but do not deliver the orders.
No one seems to be picking up the phone also which is given in their contact.
How do banks transfer money to them not even verifying whether they are fake or not....

Before Placing the order I even confirmed about the delivry time & the Person who spoke to me on call confirmed the same.
