I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from 29th November. They have charged my credit card twice for the same stay. I have written to the endlessly and they admit it's a mistake but they have so far failed to pay it back. It's a lot of money - nearly 64000 rupees. I have also asked them repeatedly for their complaints procedure but they have simply ignored my request. Was this information helpful? |
