TalkCharge — payment done but not recharge my mobile

I have paid payment for jio number to recharge about 498/rs amount..
And not credited to my balance (In mobile),
Hope this kind of issue resolve by refund or the make proper recharge should be in flow...
Because its not processing to full feel..
And the talkcharge care not responding... Still it happened 5 to 6 hour allready and my internet and calling are stopped... : (

Maine ek electricity bill pay kiya tha jispar cashback mil raha tha lekin mujhe mera cash back nahi mila please solve my problem and refund my cashback
