Tambaram Municipality — Conducting Makeup classes

Hi sir/madam,
I have found a makeup artist name Kaaviya. (Kaviya Artistry) conducting 10 days makeup course from May 1-13. As per government rules no classes and training should be practiced due to Covid. I even find the students practicing without mask and social distancing. There is no precautionary measures taken during the class. I have attached photo proof for further investigation. I'm sorry I also have video proof but unable to upload in this portal due to some error. We all are fighting to survive. Students public exams has been postponed. But I really don't know whether a makeup course is really necessary during this crisis. Kindly do the needful
