[Resolved]  Tambaram Municipality — Damaged manhole in centre if road in poirnathilagam street

Address: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu

Recently the road was dug for preparing to lay road which is pending since more than two years.
During the process poclaim machine was used and a manhole (for future underground drainage) was damaged and the lid also gave way. Any two wheeler or person walking may fall and get injured.
Nobody from municipality visited the place while road work was going on.
Secondly they have spread gravel/blue metal and kept like that for more than ten days.
We do not know when tar/cement would be applied and the road made a pucca one.
Previously the uneven mud road seems better than the present unfinished road.
Firstly I request that the damaged manhole may be repaired to avoid accidents and injury to people.
I hope the concerned officials would take note and do the needful.
