Tambaram Municipality — Garbage not cleared in our apartment since last 5 months

Address: SVS Apartments, No 10 C & D Gurunathar street, Rajakilpakkam,Chennai -73

We have garbage filled inside our apartment and the person who clears the garbage is not clearing it. When requested she told that van needs to come, but it is not all coming. We have requested several times, but she is doing it. We have rats and snakes inside that. We are afraid as kids play near that.please help to clear it.
