Tambaram Municipality — no dustbin and open drainage

I'm shalot leely from no 9, raja gopal street, west tambaram, (Opp to national theater), in my street there is no dust bin so all garbage are dropped on the road and we not able to walk on roads.

More over the drainage are open so all garbage in streets blocks the open drainage and flow is blocked. All time it smells bad and look obdurate.

Kindly requesting for the dust bin for rajagopal street and also do cover the open drainage.
