[Resolved]  Tambaram Municipality — Non adherence of Govt.Approval.

Sir, Davamani Promoter is constructing a flat of seven houses, three in the first and second floor each, one at the ground floor with car parking at No.1 Bhavanandiar St, Kamarajapuram, under Sembakkam Municipality adjucent to the complainant individual house. The promoter has left a setback of a feet and a half through out the site. Even plastering work of the building has to be done by standing in the neighboring site only. This promoter will sell and go off. The user of the flat has to spit on the neighbors site only. This kind of nuisance is already happening at the back side of my house. If nobody interferes with, this is going to happen from the other side of my house. Will anybody lend their ears to this complaint and render justice. Sivagurunathan.
