While I have paid Property Tax and SUC up to date, I am unable to make online payments for water charges and drainage charges as tnurbanepay website is opening but not prompting for payments.

My Assessment No.is 009/037/901449 New
My old assessment for P Tax and D Charges is 007/034/01024
My old assessment for Water charges is 007/03499339

Kindly enable me to make payments.

Further to my complaint, yesterday, today I am able to make payment of Drainage Charges. I am not able to get access for payment of water charges.

My old assessment for Water charges is 007/0330 I am yet to get access to pay
