Tambaram — there is no dustbin in our area

I'm Jeeva from no 4, pallavan nagar, parvathy nagar, mudichur road, west tambaram, (LM:back side of curch)in my street around 1.5 KM there is no dust bin, so all garbage and wastages are dropped on the road side and empty plots also filled with full of wastages and we not able to walk on roads also around 20 street dongs are distubing public.And another important update is Your muncipality garbage collection person are asking charges to collect all the garbages from home to make it clean, so how can all public will afford to pay for this a charges ..please take a necessary action to place a dustin to make our area clean back side of church we need a dustbin plzz help us out and update ...thanks
