On 13/07/2021 I tried to pay my hostel fees to our annamalai university by online payment mode eazypay icici bank gateway...by using my state bank of India debit card. I paid 18350rs to hostel fees from my account after put my OTP the process was stopped but my money was debited from my account I didn't get my bill. after some time I saw eazypay Transcation history status was paid but I didn't receive my bill please clear this problem as soon as possible sir/madam.
