    Compared to usual consumptions in the previous years current bill is highly abnormal nearly 10mtims previous bill
    this may be due to wrong reading or faulty meter please arrange to check and rectify

      Today 23rd sep power cut started at 9 pm now the time is 1 pm still power not coming . Monthly 2 or 3 times we are facing the issues. No one atern the call we don't know what's the reason. Day time power cut its also happening in daily basis. Please take action immediately.

          Hi Sir,
          During Mar-22 i have submitted name transfer request, first three months there is no progress, so i have raised complaint using Customer care even lot of followups no progress, Post i took help from Seilayur EB people and name transfer process successfuly completed on Jul-22 end,
          From past two Months Hasthinapur EB people enquiring and asking me to close the raised complaint Even they have suggested to call customer care people and request to close the ticket.
          When i call Customer care people they have suggested to Hastinapur AE only to be close the ticket and they are not authorized people.
          When i check with AE, He is insisting to call customer care and close the ticket (Now both sides no proper solution but Hastinapur EB people are calling and requesting to close the ticket.
          I am not sure how to close the current complaint.
          From my side during problem no one not resolved the issue but post solving they are chasing and requesting to close the ticket.
          Can some one help me how to resolve the problem since it is not my hand.

            A new connection got in SF no 395/3 is trying to connect cables crossing our home area even though they can get connection easily without crossing..We are objecting in getting this connection as it may pose difficult in our daily activities.

                  Hi Team,

                  Please be informed that the last two electricity bill was too high - 16, 000 and 14000 rs respectively. So I have already provided an written compliant to TNEB sembium on 6 Sep 2022 as well as made an complaint with TNEB customer number Complaint ID : TNEBCL1114997 on 9 sep 2022. So far only units been downloaded and they is no proper solution till now. Meanwhile, tomorrow is due date to pay the EB bill..Could you please urgently assist in resolving this issue.

                    Unrecognised Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] 23100a-Cc Arrears charges

                    Address: 32/1 Dharmanagar I V Th Cross Ammapalayam Salem, Tamilnadu

                    So far I have paid all my dues on time in full for the Consumer No[protected].
                    When I went to my online account to make payment for this month, I could see charges with the following information:

                    MISCALLANEOUS.SLIP /SF025 - CC Arrears for 237 rupees.
                    Since I have alway paid all my dues on time in full, I am not sure why these charges have been made. I have attached relevant screenshots from my online account....

                    Excess bill charged - Account code 23100a , CC Arrears 3 time in single bill

                    Address: Flat no F1, 155A , 5th street kubaran nagar ext madipakkam chennai, TN 600091

                    Refer to Consumer number[protected] of TNEB ( Madipakkam area)

                    On[protected] it was noticed that TNEB as added 3 additional bills which need to be paid by[protected].

                    The reason mentioned are as followed :-

                        I am complaining the same complaint after 3 months again. The problem is still continuing every day and night. The main line coming from EB for the street is not connected properly in the main road, since everyone in the street has the same problem. The incoming line is keep on surging at night somewhere and get disconnected for few seconds and the connected automatically. The same happens continuously at night and killing all the electrical equipments. If no response/action still, then need to escalate appropriately.

                            Respected Tamilnadu EB officer,

                            I am raise this complaint against worst employees of EB, who are working in madambakkam EB office. It been more than 3 hours no current in my area. We are suffocated alot for past 3+ hours. I raised complaint through CM new tele-calling service for EB and also tried call Madambakkam EB office more than 10 times (No response from them Madambakkam EB office). I lost my sleep tonight. I am suffering because of great people who works in EB office (Especially Madambakkam) without responsibility.

                              I'm Ranganathan from Lakshmi Nagar, East Pondy Road, Villupuram. Current cut in my area most of the time. When asked to EB office no proper answer. This current problem is happening often for 10-15 days. And daily current cut by night also. Very poor service.

                                I'm currently residing at Maharajapuram, East Pondy Road, Villupuram - 605602. Here the power cut is for very long hours like 10-15 hours a day and this happens for almost 10 days in a month. And this issue is only the streets under Lakshmi Nagar whereas the nearby streets under Ganesh Nagar has no power cut issues. The power cuts are mostly in midnights and early mornings during 2-3am. The EB office persons also not responding if asked about this. Only the streets under this SB office is facing this issue.

                                    Sir i need to understand how road cutting chargers for laying a underground cable is being charged by tneb on my own property and passage that belongs to me for which i have pata and am paying property tax it does ot belong to government that they are charging, pls explain .

                                    Due the issue of transformer that supplies power to my house our under ground cable got burnt from the pillar which is adjustent to our gate to our house which is about 80 feet from the pillar and the 980 feet passage belongs to us and we are charged by tneb as road cutting chargers for replacing our burnt cable pls reply.
