We are living in kondithope and our EB office is located at 7 wells. Recently Government has suggested the consumers to capture the snapshot of the meter reading and share with AE WhatsApp Number or Email.
AE WhatsApp is not active, hence we captured the snapshot of the meter and send an email to these address ([protected]@tnebnet.org, [protected]@tnebnet.org, [protected]@tnebnet.org, [protected]@tnebnet.org) address on 26th April. Since our Last meter reading dated on 25th March 2021.
On 27th April I have received SMS that you need to pay "XXX" amount. On checking the portal found that amount has been calculated based on the previous assessment.
Despite sending the required snapshot why the amount is being calculated based on the previous assessment. Could any one suggest whether this issue needs to taken to the next level, if yes to whom. Was this information helpful? |
