I am E. Natarajan and address: P NO. C3 & C4, F-S3, PERUMAL NAGAR, MEDAVAKKAM. I have EB connect to my house which is rented (Consumer No [protected]), It looks like my tenant is not paid properly for the above mentioned eb bill. I came to know that after he had vacated the house. 14-Jul-2023, EB has charged for us Rs.[protected]Extra Levy) as penalty,[protected], which was paid, and it looks like it is not updated on system. However again they had charged for Rs.[protected]Extra Levy) as penalty,[protected] they had charged for Rs.[protected]Extra Levy) as penalty. We had asked multiple times to EB asked for bill, but they had asked us to pay again Rs.9768 as penalty. so totally we had paid Rs.19536 as total penalty, but EB has given bill for only Rs.9768 only, rest Rs.9768 no bill, we had asked multiple times office, but no proper response. after we paid Rs.19536, they have not put back fuse carrier for 10 days, where our new tenant family was suffering from it without power. new tenant had 1.5 year old baby, 3 Years old baby and they were working from home, so his office work also got impacted, Due to this I also went through deep mental depression and new tenant family also gone through deep mental depression, We had given complaints multiple times, but no proper response. EB office was talking very rude, abusing verbally and no respect to customer. my age is around 80 years old, due to this mentally depressed and I need resolution as early as possible and need an compensation Rs.500000 for medical expense.
