Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Meter not working

Hello sir,

I have lodged a complaint with the t nagar, Thanikachalam Road electricity board junior engineer (central) regarding my house EB meter not working.

My address is - No 1, 6th floor, C block, Silver Park Apartments, 24, Thanikachalam road, T Nagar, Chennai 17.

I moved into this house on Dec 21st. My house owner had paid a deposit of Rs.1000/-
When I enquired about the current consumption charges with the EB office, I was told that the concerned person would come and take the reading. Till date there is no sign of the meter working. Kindly do the needful and I shall pay the average amount when instructed to me.

I have raised a compliant for no power in our area for more than 3 days, velachery - vijaya nagar and I spoke to all level and very worst response, still issue is not resolved.

can anyone pls post escalation hierarchy.
