27/03/19 starting reading is unit 20270 used unit 520 paid rs 1912
31/05/19 starting reading is unit 20270 used unit 520 paid rs 2772
28/07/19 starting reading is unit 21760 now used units 1490 still not pay
Please clarify and change the starting reading for this month, sand again new bill then i will pay bill
