Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — OTR renewal update

Address: 29A, Bharathiyarpuram, Chokkampatti,melur

Iam kannan from melur, madurai district. My login id is 13470696. I have renewed my TNPSC OTR by paying Rs.150. through my debit card on 29.12.2020. But still not updated in the website. I have talked many times to TNPSC helpline, toll free no., TNPSC secretary office.but no response.kindly solve this issue as early as possible. I have screenshot for my bank transaction.
